If you want to clone the repo, make sure you have Git LFS installed.

You will probably need to fix file paths for the textures in Blender, because the textures are stored in the repo with the game itself to avoid unnecessary duplication. You can open Data API panel and in the Images section you can change File Name to an actual path to the textures on your drive:
